Would like to ask for some opinion, like in a situation if someone with about 2-3 years of work experience with 3.4k of total salary (basic 2k + 1.4k allowance), when want to change job, which amount will the new company mostly refer to give the new salary, the total salary or the basic? The job title can considered as electronic/lab engineer...

Jump RM5633x1.2=RM6760 (but B company give 6k since i just 2 month jump from A company)  Left is to find a company that's willing to adopt me...  |
