Depend on industry, location and position.
I would say senior software/system engineer(mainly in IT & Finance) in KL & Cyberjaya can command that kind of figure pretty easily.

To find market rate, I always calculate the median between data from Jobstreet(low) and Kelly Service survey(high).

Biased data.
I believe most LYN forumer work in IT, while most engineer/doctor/lawyer doesn't bother with this forum. So you see more data from high paid geeks.
