Thanks for all the encouragement guys.. in beginning my family is not very supportive to the company especially about salary wise (a month argument and im almost having mental breakdown each day), they think it is too underpaid for my qualification but im being stuborn just go ahead with my choice without their fully blessing and now after i show what i got today they seem very glad...

Yup.. Totally agree!! BUT its not possible if you from process engineer, go to Bank. BECAUSE i did it and  no problem. WHAT you need is SKILL, KNOWLEDGE and HOW you win the interviewer. Plus is you got additional certificate that related to improve process such as ITIL, Six Sigma, PMO. I have it and now in Deployment Management. Manage People and handling project.

anything deal with corporate exercises, i.e. merger and acquisition, ipo, privatisation, bonus issue, rights issue, divestment and many more.....
evaluate company's performance, come out with recommendation. For own company, take care of the balance sheet too. debt, dividends, etc.

Could i ask here usually around how much % you will get from promotion?
Lets say from junior > senior > supervisor > assistant manager > manager.
Within same company of course, not from jumping ship with promotion.

Anyone would like to share here? Please mention from which position promoted to which position, industry and perhaps year of exp in current company? Thanks
