Am I earning it right for my age?

This is an easy job, always leave on time and there's no more work after working hour, due to this, I have become lazier, and my brain somewhat become dull, because every day just doing trivial troubleshootings for noob users, as opposed to previous job where I need to deal with server and networking.

my lead has made it clear that this job won't have fat bonus and increments, maybe only less than rm100 increment each year, but everyday you just clock in clock out on time, end of month you shall receive the salary without stretching much of your mental and physical.

I am now in a dilemma, shall I step out of my comfort zone and try something more challenging? but I am the kind of person who doesn't like official stuff after working hour, I see most of my friends having to stay back or work during weekends, I don't want to be like them, but at the same time, the salary seems like not enough these days, especially the fall of ringgit

what would you do if you were me?

btw I am single, one of the reasons is I don't want to have a busy career which hinders me from looking up for potential partner. I become worried as I see my brother and most of his colleagues who work as journalists, have no time for dating.
