this my 3rd company after graduate last year january..huhu not even one year
1st company - 2800 (operation engineer)
2nd company - 2600(basic) + 650(travel+phone allowance) software engineer in startup company.change field as i realize that i really want to be a programmer(and that was the turning point of my career)
3rd company- 3000(basic) -> 3100(basic after confirm) + 300(allowance) public listed company

After one plus year.. got 4 offer..but I choose this one as I see the great career advancement ahead...

Benefits : Contract benefits no medical card
Salary : 5,000

My advice.. your time will come... search for experience not only in work but in your free time... then for sure choose a job in-line with your passion or at least don't choose a job which you not comfortable working with..
