Hi all i would like to ask for advice.

Previously when i fresh grad I was working in a fashion e-com company as graphic designer salary 2.3k. I was bought a house last year. After that I was looking for more higher income job to cover my commitment. And I join Insurance industry but after few month I dabao already. Currently I work as CSP basic+allowance around 3.2k to clear my CC debt around 4k+- and re planning my future.

Need advice regarding my future.
Continue work in this new project US Telco. Have high chance to promote as TL/trainer. Salary should be around 5k+-
OR
I am interest in finance wish to join in Finance field. Study the course CFA Chartered Financial Analyst level 1-3 around RM20k+
Work as analyst starting salary 2.5k+
with 1 year experience can up to 5K+ and in the future can go up to 10k.
Take around 3 year to finish the course but only 20% people will pass level 3. I think it is hard to me coz Im not from finance/acc background.
