I believe my salary going to be stagnant at this level. People keep on telling me that very hard to go higher if maintain as this level.

Highest paper qualification/ education background : Degree + PMP + ITIL Foundation + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt + P3O Foundation + MBA (Currently doing)
salary : RM13.5k
Location: PJ

I seriously not interested in management level, don't really like become people manager. I don't have kind of leadership spirit within me.

But if I were to climb, I need to be Head of Department or Programme Manager which both also need to "see big picture"

Well, seriously speaking, I'm not sure as a normal PM can earn this kind of earning or not. I guess the only way is to learn and adapt.
