I might said something otherwise not sure if you agree. I did perform interview and hiring.
current gen Y cannot be all catagorize only in one catagory.
I did met some interviewee, look for extremely high salary and yet mention to me work life balance is very important(they are fresh without any working experience)
I also did met some interviewee, they are humble, willing to learn and work extra, but promise the paid is reasonable.
I think the character is build when the parent raise them up, i came from a poor family, i need to work part time all the way during study and uni time, thus I learn a lot before I get my 1st Job.
I work from the very low level and promote once per year for the 1st 3 years only can reach here. hope my correct attitute will carry me further.
