when contract is expiring salary will be reviewed, depending on appraisal from supervisor

Bro mind to tell the salary range for your job?and rough job scope? I am wondering the market rate for 2 to 3 years experince engineers in MNC oil and gas..thanks in advance for enlightening.

here's a rough estimation for you:

Salary range for mine is 5k to 10k, 2-3 yrs exp can land you between 7k to 15k depending on company and job scope.

My job scope currently is account handling, designing and executing jobs

Wah bro...such a big range huh..thanks for the advice! Hehe..perhaps that's the basic salary that you are mentioning without the hardship allowance..btw that sounds like a project engineer job...

Haha, sorry but my wife scolded me for posting my salary here previously. So I can only give a wide range.
Because I got pushed up from field engineer to project engineer.
Title same but job scope different, basically can say like in the management track la.
