The salary posted here is unbelievable high. Is this real?? I have worked in 3 MNCs but yet the salary as I know off is not as high as what forumers posted.

This either could mean that I have been duped for so long or it is simply that people are boosting here?

MNCs not necessarily pay high wages lol

Who want to check their salary is underpaid or not, can refer below link for basic guide.

the figures are quite high this year

I don't recall seeing a web developer with merely 2 yr experience can get paid as high as RM4k last year

as a comparison, my friend being an MIS analyst in an MNC bank, with 4 year experience also got RM4k+ only

meanwhile, JobStreet survey shows that:

very big deviation from KellyServices

lol I guess I am really out of touch with the current market trend

whereby my first job as a freshgrad salary was more than 2.5k

I got a friend who is a freshgrad work as a software developer getting paid at only rm2.5k he already complained like no tomorrow, luckily after confirmed he has rm300 rise, but the expectations put onto him is same as someone who already has 3 yr experience, typical chinaman company eh

it is true that the number of degree holders is increasing but how many of them are of good quality.. we shouldn't generalize all Gen Y as having bad attitudes and judge them for only qualified for getting rm2.5k and below
