Highest paper qualification/ education background : Diploma
Salary: RM 4400 + 200 Phone + 1 month contractual bonus

Just reject 5k offer since boss dont want to let me go and counter offer with above salary even thought it abit low compare the offer that I received there is one month contractual bonus to cover that. Previously my salary around 3500+200

why: because this office work environment very nice and teamwork among officemate is very good.

so what do you think? did i do a correct decision?
