Question..
Just promoted to Senior this month but no idea on market rate for this rank.
Since promoted then pay grading will be different... how about my last year review? Will inclusive into new salary?

Means: New grade + increment % from last year
Or just salary according new pay grade only? Hope can enlighten me... TQ.
