he had plenty of delays with me.... he's a person who talks like he's responsible, but isn't all that responsible and doesn't keep up to time and promise. he's just that kind of person.

so if you wanna deal with him, prepare to wait. he has some nice deals, so sometimes, its worth his.......... delay.

but, i don't think he'll con anyone... just... so strange why he doesn't bother with keeping to word and promise.

super macgyver: you really got some typical malaysian attitude. a promise is a promise. you apologize when you break a promise and try your best to fulfill it... thing is, sometimes the promise(s) aren't even fulfilled.
