once awhile..local oil companies will get products from oversea if their refineries unable to meet the local demand but not always.. if a local O&G company get their product direct for singapore...for sure it will subject for import tax , not to mention paying more (exchange rate), extra cost such as off coast oil tankers to send the shipment, storage area and etc yet they sell it at Euro2M price? u think bhp is doing national service or charity ?    O&G companies can sell higher grade products but our gomen not going to pay extra subsidy for it and the retail prices still the same..
