I face the same issue in terms of higher FC when pumping Caltex diesel as well.

There is 1 refinery train in Malacca right that produces almost zero sulfur content. I know they export those diesel to California.

Bro where did you get your source from?

Pearl GTL based on your advice via Google, it all links to Gas liquification. I know in Bintulu there is also where Petronas Gas Berhad has their plants there as well.
