QUOTE(wyshin88 @ Oct 27 2014, 11:30 AM) I have installed Firestorm Filter and Firestorm Super Booster on my Honda Civic 1.8 (FD1) and below is my observation and review: Many thanks for your kind review. About the Seller (Peter): Fast and responsive and passionate about his product, down to earth and explains his product patiently and accurately, he will not over recommend his product. About the product: I have installed the Firestorm Filter first and tested run it for 1 hour, my car idling seems to have improved 80%, vibration when AC compressor kicks in seems to be lessen but still there, there doesn’t seem to be too much drag and loss of power when AC compressor kicks in. After that, I couldn’t wait and installed Firestorm Super Booster. Installation was easy as there is a picture provided by Peter precisely for my car model. When in doubt, you can always take out your car manual and look for the fuse box diagram and identify the “Ignition Coil” fuse location, unplug it and plug in the booster. Of course, after that you can’t fit the booster inside and fuse box and close it, I placed the booster outside, and close the fuse box cover but the wire of the booster will be squeeze in between, best if can cut a small opening at the fuse box for the wire, but mine works just fine and I can close the fuse box tightly as we can’t let water get in there. After installation of the Super booster, man oh man, immediately I can feel the car can rev up happily and I can feel the car is so much more powerful. My car is so much more fun to drive; the drag from the AC is completely eliminated even though I still can hear the compressor kicks in. Drove to Penang last week, the drive was so easy and fun, easy to rev and go up the hill even when at high speed, not much revving needed and you can feel the car still has a lot of power under the pedal. One thing I notice is going up hill, some how the car is very willing to go up hill without dropping the rpm. Fuel saving wise….need to monitor of course but I doubt I can save much because I am enjoying my ride so much, I happily just accelerate my car. But I will continue to monitor next few weeks using my normal driving style and same route to go to work and back. Was thinking to test it on my wife’s Honda City, but I want to enjoy a few more weeks first in my car, will test it when I have the time and write another review. Currently the Honda city is having some jerking problem, see if Firestorm can help to eliminate it. Overall I am a happy customer and these products are definitely worth every cents of it, by far my best mod for the car. By the way, I am using volt stabiliser and ground cable. No interference at all and I just leave it there. I will post this same review on Peter’s Firestorm Booster thread as I am using both products. Safe driving bro and enjoy your drive. Cheers. |

QUOTE(shadow2027 @ Dec 7 2014, 12:47 AM) hi bro, what type of filter is available? I'm driving vios 2012 version, before the current new model. At the moment you can fix 1 or 2 units Filter. 2 units fitted together will give you a much lighter and faster acceleration and is about the price of a Super version Booster. Cheers. |

QUOTE(shadow2027 @ Dec 7 2014, 09:17 AM) The Filter is fitted to the car battery terminals but it is NOT a Voltage Stabilizer as it doesn't have any Capacitors inside. The Filter's Red wire is connected to the car battery Positive + terminal while the Black wire is connected to the battery Negative - terminal. Please check your PM. Cheers. |

QUOTE(flashaholic @ Dec 8 2014, 09:30 PM) LATEST PRODUCT RELEASE PROMOTION.......The latest product available now is the SUPER FILTER. It gives 2x more lighter acceleration than the original Filter. The promotion price is also very affordable for everyone. Stocks are available and ready to be sent out to customers. We are always finding ways to enhance our customers ride so that you will all be able to enjoy your cars even more with a more pleasureable driving experience. With our Firestorm products you do not have to waste your money to buy non-performing products that claim to enhance your car performance. Both the Filter and the Super Filter will lighten your engine load to reduce engine resistance and drag. This will help in getting better mileage due to lesser foot pressure on the accelerator pedal. Feel free to enquire now. You will be surprised at the power improvement in your car performance. Cheers. Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(TANNY @ Dec 31 2014, 10:46 PM) FireStorm Ignition Coil Booster vs FireStorm Filter.. There is no fast and hard way. It is the customer's choice. For myvi, which one is the first priority to install in case need to install one item first? Both the Booster and Filter will give your engine a lighter and faster acceleration. The only difference is price and ease of installation. Cheers. |

QUOTE(silbii @ Dec 31 2014, 10:52 PM) alread have one normal FireStorm installed in my old kembara (HCEJ engine) auto. Yes I definitely recommend the Super Filter for your Kembara as the engine is very restrictive and a fuel guzzler. can still add filter? pm price and how to install thx With the Super Filter installed you will feel very much lesser engine drag and you will be surprised at how much lighter the acceleration becomes. Please check your PM. Cheers. |

QUOTE(TANNY @ Jan 1 2015, 02:07 PM) If not mistaken, both (normal) having a similar price. Just curious, both items having the same result, means install either one is consider fine enough? You can install either the Booster or Filter or both together or upgrade later on and install only one of it for now.Cheers. |

QUOTE(jasonyau @ Jan 13 2015, 11:21 PM) Hi bro The Filter lightens the alternator load and aircond compressor load so the engine becomes lighter and more willing to rev up with lesser engine resistance and drag. This Filter also filters away the interference electrical noise and increases the efficiency of the electrical system. The Firestorm Ignition Coil Booster increases the operating frequency of the Ignition coils so that the sparks are more efficient and will give a better combustion. This increases the engine power by burning the previously unburnt petrol. The Filter is very easy to install. It is fitted to the car battery terminals while the Filter Booster is installed to the fuse socket which supplies power to the Ignition coils. They both work in different ways to increase the engine power. But the best results are when both the Booster and Filter are fitted together. Cheers. Attached thumbnail(s) |
