Chose Z1 than NOTE 3 due to design.

Any good cheatsheet for Z1 configuration optimization?

I chose Z1 over Nexus 5 due to design,battery size , dock and earphone. It will be a shame if they remove the dock in the future as I mainly use as my main charging station.

I never tried Z1 included earphone yet. From the looks of it, it seems like it is a good one in terms of build quality. Any comment on it ?

I did use a sony earphone many years back and I was quite satisfied with the performance for its value.

Anyone here got own a magnetic cable (not the dock)? So far got anyone unhappy with it?

Any app(or tips) that can help to improve our usage experience on our Z1?

Still pretty new to Android and not sure if there is any good tips especially for Sony Z1.

I got the walkman update only. Seems no changes at all. Hopefully got some bugfix.

I just only know that small app can be minimize after someone mentioned here lol. Seems like there is lots of stock feature I haven't fully explore yet.

I experienced this when I did not prevent the pop-up notification for KakaoTalk app. My friends all because I spam 10-20 "tap tap" (double tap on the screen to do this) in a minute. Really fed-up with it and took me a while to think how it happened.

Any Waze user here?

I just realised my battery usage got "hijacked" by Waze. The "GPS" time counter in Use Detail keeps increasing despite force stopping the app.

Am I missing something here?

I switch off the app using the notification centre. I only switch off the "GPS Satellites" option. Do I need to switch off the "Access to my location" as well?
