My Z1 is LTE, my celcom supposed to be LTE but after calling celcom they said I missed the window for registration, apparently on selected few can enjoy celcom's LTE service, the rest will make do in 2014..what a load of bs.
*
That is pure bullshit. Most of the support staff including Maxis are poorly knowleged in LTE stuffs
In KL Just go to Menara Celcom jln Semarak or Bluecube Sunway or KLCC n change your card to LTE type. Is free n activation is immediate. No idea whether there are now more centers to change card. For Johor n Melaka no idea where you can change card.

Lte only support postpaid not prepaid right??
Abit sad cause go to setia city mall maxis..they said

User prepaid like me cant feel lte even i buy 3gb/month..

For Maxis is minimum 1 GB data plan and you can have LTE. First time I heard you need 3GB !!! My other line ( XZU) only 2GB data plan and I have LTE services without any issues

You can refer their website

Wanna ask you guys, anyone ever tried to tear down the DK31 dock to get the charging cable? Instead of buying the cable
http://www.xperiaguide.com/2013/10/12/remo...xperia-z-ultra/
What we can see from here, after he successfully open the dock the case broke. Still got plastic stuck at the screw
I tried to open it, but I stop for my dock sake. LOL
*
I did that and so does many others in the XZU thread. You just need to slowly take off ( clip out using flat screwdriver) one side of the dock and the other side just lift up slightly only one corner. Than you can take out the cable already. The screw will snap back into position once you close the backcase. I did this before even any of this was reported by xperiablog. Such a simple issue also they report !!! And you can easily put the cable back to the dock if you so wish

I have been paying RM 50 past few months for it already . How can it be RM100 unless it includes your calls/SMS

When im putting back the cable, i need to open the back case again which there're screw'd on, wouldn't this damage my dock?  blush.gif
*
It solely depend on your skill. Mine is perfect till now. And the dock still looks as original with cable back in. Careless hands will destroy the dock. You just need to take care dismantling it. I am an old chap in late 50 n I could do it well n I don't see why a younger guy cannot.

What a messy way. Your dock is no longer the same as original as your rubber wont fit back

Very nice bumper. Same one as another forummer here.

Cons: Heavy, mafan to apply, and the company's watermark is quite obvious lol (especially when you have a friend called mei)
*
Many users at hardware zone.SG complained this bumper scratches the sides too.

Guys, I'm in KL now and will be visiting either KLCC's or Menara Celcom's to change my simcard to LTE.

My question to those who had any experience:

1- Which branch is better, KLCC or Menara Celcom?
2- What document must I bring together?
3- Will I be charged for this?

Cheers.
*
Doesn't matter . I did mine at Menara Celcom
Your IC
No charge

yup, mine is fw .257
how to flash to .534?
issit update the phone?
*
534 is older firmware vs 257. Use flashtool to flash the 534 ftf firmware file. Than use vroot to root n update through OTA to 257. Before that use supersu pro or voodoo ota rootkeeper to preserve root first before update through OTA.
