my phone just died this morning and i think its time to get a new phone. i target for the z1 of course, but i'm currently studying in moscow, russia. if i were to buy from malaysia, the earliest i could get the phone is on january. i could also buy the phone here, but its RM2700 (unstated if its ori or AP). i did found a shop selling it for 1900 and it is a relatively small shop. i was planning to get only an AP set from malaysia.
question: should i wait for 2 months, of should i just get it from here? sony phones don't have many fakes so should be fine right?
i will definitely check the phone thoroughly (if they allow me to do so) before buying. kindly advise.
We don't know about condition over at Russia but Malaysia set is way cheaper than there.
hi guys, i just want to share my experience after 2months usage of Z1. i bought the xperia z1 2months ago. I found some problem that really exist in my xperia z1. First, the yellow hue issue which some of z1 user faced also. Second, there is a yellow bar exist at the bottom of my screen when the screen is on white color as you can see there is a bar exist in the bottom of screen of photo below.
Last, there is annoying sound come from the phone when the phone is vibrating. Anyone else having the same problem like mine???
my phone is about yellowish white. but under some lighting conditions it feels really yellow like super yellow type but it is not common though. i am ok with it because it doesn't affect actual colour representation.
That's the reason I avoid Z1 and Z. Really hope Sony will sort out this issue.
ya. i think we should wait for at least 1 or 2 month then only we go ask for a replacement, because according to the service center, the current batch of xperia z1 still got a lot of chance with a yellow tint screen. So, no point to ask for a replacement of a new yellow tint z1 right? >.< haha
