wifi signal really does improve in 4.3, used to be 1 bar downstairs my house, now 3 bars or max

4.3 seems to have problems with clash of clan~

hang at black screen most of the time

check the label on ur box C6903 is LTE, C6902 is 3G (iirc)

or go somewhere with LTE reception turn on LTE

or go settings>about phone>model no. (C6903)
