Getting Started

Guess hav 2 start my own workout journal in order to track what i hav done to c which i can improve. MY vital here
Height => 185cm Weight => 97kg
Goal is to reduce my body weight to 75kg. Want to c my abs as well.
Day 1 workout
Bench Press 55kg 3 set with 12 reps Overhead press 40kg 3 set with 12 reps Smith Squat 60kg 3 set with 12 reps Leg press 120kg 3 set with 12 reps
45 min body combat class.

I am at 69k and plan to drop to 65kg as well.
But i don't have the strength you possess. Your presses are impressive.

Those weight amount need to be forced out my body everytime. Btw i just estimated the bar weight around 20kg. I might be wrong. give or take about 10kg. I realize that my upper body are less strong than my lower body. I think my lower body which is my leg get to carry a 88kg of me all the time. Tht why it is stronger
