No no. The big rom tar.md5 file that you used to flash the rom. Open it with winrar or similar program. Inside have a file called cache. Extract that one only.

You need to use ext4 explorer (I can't remember exact name now). I will upload it tomorrow.

No path one oh. Root explorer can open up tar file and let you extract it when you long press on it.
