Haha, don't worry about that, it won't cause any major issue.

Just backup a copy of your current others.xml to somewhere. After editing it, if it gives you any error or issue, just restore using the backup copy.

Finish downloading Echoe ROM v5, but after some readings in here and XDA, I decided to hold on to flashing it. Seems like the Chinese base is not that stable.

I'll wait for a newer UK base to be available then only I flash since the stock MJ7 ROM is holding quite good on my device. No issue on connection other than the Email FC but I can live with it

Based on screenshot, what I notice so far about the new keyboard is there is an additional top row to show available option that hide under the key next to the spacebar. It is much more easy to access but other than the cosmetic change, any other changes to the functionality of the keyboard?

Yup, that's the one. All this while Note 3 has this feature including the MJ7 but it seems that MK2 doesn't have that function which could due to the csc thingy

I think he still want it but the one I uploaded is exactly as what I have extracted. I didn't compress or zip it into a tar file.

Ok..i manage to get the mk2 keyboard to work but initial experience is i dont like it. The auto correction don't really work and the keyboard space is abit crammed. And system layout is too big and no way to change it.

Revert back to the default keyboard..

Alright. The files are not an issue but the permission and group are. I use solid explorer to do the transfer but the group and permission under the attributes are messed up. I got the IME to work but somehow the auto correction is not working. And the keyboard is a bit crammed to my liking

Bro, you sure keyboard got over 1.16GB? The 2 needed apk is SamsungChineseIME. apk (11.3MB) and SamsungChineseIMEThemeLight.apk (480kb)
