QUOTE(alexng2208 @ Nov 18 2013, 04:49 PM) EDITED: due to TS request Bro, I have the problem too and I found out that if we are using any A2DP bt headset, notification will route through both the phone speaker and also the bt headset. I still haven't find any solution to thisThank you for your kind help dear sir However the issue does not lie with the selection of media / non-media its rather with the device playing back all sorts of system sounds as well my deepestest apologies for not making it crystal clear |

QUOTE(waveweaver @ Nov 18 2013, 08:10 PM) What's Smart Dial..? For example, if you have a contact named belowYou type a few numbers and it look for a matching contacts...is it like the below Dato Lee - 0123456789 Previously in dialer screen, pressing 3286 will give you "Dato". What Andrew means is now he no longer can do that. Pressing 3286 will filter all contact numbers with 3286. Just like you screenshot, pressing the number will only filter the contact number, not the contact names |

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Nov 18 2013, 08:18 PM) Beside that Smart Dialer issue, as you mention, flash back UK CSC then problem gone. Thanks. Still downloading now. Already backed up my apps with the latest TB that should fix the restoration issue. As long as download is finish, then will install TWRP via Goo Manager and flash itI like this MK2 ROM, the extra Chinese/English keyboard is awesome, but need some changes as default is not Chinese PinYin. The Chinese/English keyboard can switch Dark/Light themes base on your preferable. |

For editing csc, you have to go to system/csc/others.xml
You need to edit the others.xml file and add a line for this <CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary>en_GB</CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary> This post has been edited by WiLyi: Nov 18 2013, 09:22 PM |

Andrewtst, for you case, try to flash back the full ROM with the default CSC and add these 2 lines into your Csc Features
<CscFeature_Dialer_PhonebookNdigitsMatching>true</CscFeature_Dialer_PhonebookNdigitsMatching> <CscFeature_RIL_CallerIdMatchingDigit>true</CscFeature_RIL_CallerIdMatchingDigit> See if this help with your smart dialer issue For sub symbol, add these 2 lines <CscFeature_Sip_UseSymbolInCMKey>true</CscFeature_Sip_UseSymbolInCMKey> <CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary>en_US;en_GB</CscFeature_Sip_EnableSymbolInSecondary> This post has been edited by WiLyi: Nov 18 2013, 09:35 PM |
