ebay is not a place to do preorder ..
dont understand why some sellers take advantage ..
it's either auction or buy it now.. and item must be in hands ... because any problems, if happens, ebay can only deal within the period of time to solve it to buyers ...

how bout the system of eBay?hos did it work? cos i did click payment sent icon there, in this process, can the seller stop/cancel the deal, or delete the record or something?

as far as i know, once you click payment sent, it gives u about a month or so to give feedback, then it goes into your history or something, i can't quite remember, but it disappears after one month or so.. should still be in your history

no.. i mean, ebay doesnt work that way .. taking preorders is not how ebay works ..

it's the sellers, when they list items for preorder .. and take deposits for example ...
you only have i think 45 days from the date you made purchase and paid (deposits) .. to receive your item ..
after 45 days, you wont be able to open any case or claim IF the seller went MIA; missing; ran away ..
ebay will protect you within that period of time ..

if the preorder time not that long .. is ok .. you can ask seller about your status ..

or if you wanna cancel a deal .. you can wait after 10 days from the day you click .. then just open a case, and ask seller to accept to close the case ..

it has to be mutual .. if you want to cancel your bid, but seller refuse .. it will leave in your record as unpaid item ..

yup.. i know that.. just i cant find my purchase in history.. the history supposed recorded at least 60days purchases. now nothing.

you can try check the archieve section in your ebay? or just show the email you received when you made the purchase..
