and even the pay "whom" has also been twisted. The Moppy should said "JBOY will pay you" istead of "JBOY will pay me".

Maybe this is easiest way of getting him. Under the Inland Revenue Website: www.hasilnet.org.my in the main page, there is a button on the left hand side to report any one who is evading tax.
By the manner of his conduct, I'm sure he is not reporting the extra income made form internet transaction to the tax department. Why not give the detail of his and the way he conduct business to the tax department, you may even be rewarded by goverment as stated in the web. One stone kill two birds.
The tax department will investigate him & if find no wrong doing of him, you will still not be affected as the whistleblowe is protected.

The above measure is also strongly suggested to any one who has been conned. Let the con man has trouble and without causing you a single sen or much time to get them.
