After I turn on my aircon for a while, the needle tip of Nanoe-G sparkles and makes buzzing sound. My aircon is Panasonic CS-S10NKH.

sounds like electrical problem. better switch off the ioniser function and call Panasonic come to attend. i suppose ur aircond is still under warranty? my unit's nanoe G's led light spoilt within 3 months. the pcb found to have corroded. Panasonic quality going down the drain

Are you sure is the electrical problem? I called one of my technician from the Panasonic line before and he said the Nanoe-G was dirty. I asked whether can I solve it by myself or not and I tried to use cotton stick to clean the needle tip but useless.

you may lodge a complaint by sending e-mail to their customer service. they'll call you back and fix appointment to attend to the problem. should not need to clean the needle because the new design is automatically retract the needle when it's deactivated. so it should in a way clean itself.

Nothing happen. It is just another gadget in the aircon. It is an ionizer.

Can turn it off anytime.

So the features like ECONAVI and Nanoe-G are just marketing gimmicks by Panasonic? Is there any difference between inverter and normal air-con?

It is not a marketing gimmicks. An add on extra function. Ionizer is 1 of the important function in air cleaner.

I found that I can turn on my aircon by just turning on Nanoe-G and my remote control setting is configured to all auto. I can also turn off it by turning off Nanoe-G. Is this normal?

Mine also start having some buzzing sound and sparkle when using aircond with nanoe g on.....
I clean it using cotton bud like recommended in manual....
And now I don't hear any more noise....

I don't recall the needle retracting itself.....it stays there during on n off.

Spakering sound may due to hard casing when changing to lower deg and created sound.

Please ask your installer to fit it nicely should be solved or open up front cover and paste some soft rubber piece to avoid on hard case too much gap.

So far i noticed I can turn ON Nanoe-G, acting like a air purfier without turning the aircon.
And i noticed the compressor fans also wont run, so less electricity used.

If turn ON aircon, also can turn on nanoe-g together.
I am using cs-s13pkh master bed room and cs-s24pkh for my living room.
But after used for 5 months, i noticed the cs-s13pkh seems like no longer cold, i report to hlk, so panasonic ppl will come tomorrow and have a look.

But sometimes turning on just nanoe-g acting as air purifier, i noticed the air even smelly than before.
anyone know why?

Just press the nanoe-g button when your aircon still OFF.
I think is green button if not mistaken.

I had changed to a new Nanoe-G. After a period, the thing starts to make noise. I have to press it and the noise is gone. The quality of Panasonic air-con is bad. I regret to have this air-con installed.

For those who have cleaned the nanoe-g generator in their AC manually, can you explain how you open the louver manually to access the nanoe-g? do we need to open the front panel as well?
