QUOTE(DannyOP @ Mar 11 2014, 10:21 PM) Directd is like Pasar malam.. Service don't expect stewardess type of service but so far they replaced 2 units of phone for me. 1st was Lenovo S960 which motherboard died and 2nd was Xiaomi Mi3 which has led white light bleeding at the bottom corners. Both was AP. Hahaha i'm glad to hear that ( they replaced new unit for you ). But to customers, or at least to me service is very important, of course most of us in this thread are well aware about the specifications, features and all that, but most will have zero knowledge about it. I heard when u try to ask more questions, they will be quite frustrated 1) Lenovo S960 - replaced brand new unit with new box after 2 weeks 2) Xiaomi - on the spot 1 to 1 exchange as I bought it few hours ago. However for sealed box they only allow u to do 1 to 1 once, more than that they said need to send for rma. |

QUOTE(DannyOP @ Mar 12 2014, 10:27 AM) Yes correct if u want someone who can answer your questions then look somewhere else like Seven Mobile. Directd got hundreds of customers waiting in line behind you so they can't spend time talking, only got time taking your order and collecting money. Hehe true true. |

QUOTE(DannyOP @ Mar 12 2014, 11:41 AM) They really make handphone shop look like McDonalds.. hhaha asking them questions is like asking the McDonalds front counter questions about the burger.. they sure won't layan. Hahaha yup, they're afford to do so is mainly because they have their own potential customers that always "support" them, i believe they will not treat customers the same way as they did if they didn't have big volume of sales hehehe My dream sucessor to Z Ultra will only need a decent camera with flash as an upgrade and maximise the screen device to have little bezel as possible, either make it shorter or increase the screen size to 7in with the same dimensions. |

Guys. I just found a useful tips to get straight to the QUICK SETTINGS ( notification bar) rather than dropping down the notification bar and switch manually to quick settings.
1st. Drag down the notification bar ( just a little bit) around the TOP RIGHT side ( where clock/battery indicator/wifi & signal strength indicator) AND INSTANTLY PULL up and pull it back down again ( Perform this in 1 shot / do not lift up finger in Btw the process ) . Hope it's useful guys The 2 fingers drag works too but not as good cause always fail to recognize 2 fingers drag and using 1 finger to perform is much better compared to using 2) This post has been edited by PsVitaForLife: Apr 2 2014, 01:43 AM |

QUOTE(iitadakimas @ Apr 2 2014, 10:52 AM) Okay guys I noticed the speaker problem too. Notifications and ringtones come from the earpiece instead of loudspeaker. And the funny thing is it happened after I factory restore! Any solutions for now? Have you try to plug and then unplug 3.5mm audio jack using earphone ( while playing media ). It helps me to solve the problem and never bother me again. This post has been edited by PsVitaForLife: Apr 2 2014, 07:05 PM |

QUOTE(Ronald_loulan @ Apr 10 2014, 04:18 PM) mine is charging fast with Samsung 2A charger... Correct me if I'm wrong. I do believe that Sony provide 1.5A wall plug charging for Z ultra instead of 1A as you said.Sony charger only around 1A... Mayb they dont wan it to be charge at higher amp as it will reduce the lifespan of the battery.. ZU need to remove rear cover which will void waterproof.. |

QUOTE(Ronald_loulan @ Apr 11 2014, 09:14 AM) I tried b4.. Hmmm is your wall plug faulty or anything? Cause through simple calculations. Z ultra's 3050mAh needs more than 3.1 hours (ideal performance with almost 100% efficiency) to recharge if using the <1A charger.Im not buying another liquid armor stuff again.. Yes,i measure the max output only <1A... Im using this oso but max output <1A... Formula = mAh / mA charger to get the theoretical charging time. = 3050/1500 = 2.03 hours but efficiency drop across the charging due to heat/magnetisation/demagnetisation which eventually causes efficiency rate drops. since most users here can fully charged their device around 2:15 to 2:30 hours, so i assumed it's 1.5mAh. |

QUOTE(MARTON @ Apr 13 2014, 01:19 AM) Hahaha NOPE, means they give you some others' phone. But my friend complain to their management. This is a serious violation, so in the end, Sony centre (the curve ) replace it with a new phone. |
