Being told most likely EM package only cover the Legal fees for SPA and loan and shall not include the MOT.
600k entry DSL need to fork out another RM 12k cash, while SEH covers all... |

Attended a seminar in Techology park Malaysia. The seminar started at 9am, so do a testing time taken from Semenyih Lekas toll to TPM.
Route chosen: Lekas -> Silk -> NSE (kajang - sungai besi) Toll: RM 1.10 + RM 2.00 + RM 1.80 = RM 4.90 Time taken: Depart ~ 0754am, reach ~ 0832am, ~ 40 minutes...
