Toking bout auction. Hav been following auction props for more than 10yrs cos relative worked in RHB and getting 1st hand info for their auction props. Now relative retired and work in auction dept. Beta access into all auction props.

Nvr hav able to buy any. Most gd one oledi closed case by insiders. The auction system work similar to dev. Gd units gone b4 releasing to public. Bet no-one wanna but bkt tak untung auction units rite.

Even relative oso hard to grab best avail units. He onli gotten 4 units for the past 15 yrs which r giving gd rental roi. But initial investment to Reno a bit here n there is somehow cost bit higher than new props.

So when there r auction props, r u sure many r nice units??? Or able to wait for nice units??? Or giv kopi lui to get nice units??? Or go fight with big fishes for expensive nice units??? Or just make sure buy gd units n make sure it won't b auctioned off. Holding power is a must here.

Cool bro. U got it wrong. Main pt here. How many gd one do u find in auction. Respect ur profession. And trust the ranking of my relative in bank and auction house. No obligation. Everyone has own skill. Guess u should b one of the best in explaining urself here. Well done. And dun think others r wrong too. Many can b equally successful if not beta. Maybe the diff is how true would it b in the real world. I'm in hk now surveying props. Dun need to tell me bout hk. Thanks.

Boss killing flippers is wat I wished long ago. Bravo to zeti to seriously imposing stricter regulations. Howeva killing flippers won't crash the market when genuine buyers coming in with stronger financial but weaker relationship. Flippers usually getting beta access to most developments tat caused many genuine buyers failed in getting their props. So Wats ur take if genuine buyers coming into market later on??? Thanks.

It might no happen too as many genuine buyers think price is at the peak now. But how true is tis claim??? It worth more than the nett worth of Bill gate to guess it rite.

One Q. Are u assuming all flippers are financially weak and 'll surely face the music??? I know a forumer here is buying and selling and he is a ddd supporter. Guess u dun wish him the same fate. Well he worth millions as he claimed . So my take is, not all flippers 'll suffer ge when doomers oso entering market after waiting for so many yrs.

In the eye of many investors, flippers r not bringing any gd to prop market when average joes oso can buy n flip which due to dibs the past few yrs.

With bnm stepping in to make it darn hard for them to enter the market, it onli take shorter time than u n I can predict to wipe out most prop investor wannabe. Theoretically la.

I guess I read some bout the hk price vs fresh grads income in tis thread. And guess most hkees r renting rather than buying. Gd for owners who hold it, or should I say able to hold thru even during bad time.

Btw, no one wish to hav low holding power. Unless really try looking for trouble la.
