According to them, previous rule is you will need to submit the project information for that particular phase they are building only. But now if your project have 4 phase, you will need to 4 phase for registration as well.
Current selling price is 800 psf, after 8% rebate on DP (pre-launch promotion). 0.35 Sen psf maintenance. Do you guys think this is a worth buy. I am first time buying house, hopefully all the Sifu here give some advise.
