Hi All,

Like others, i am interested to join Petronas to further enhance my career development.
I am from telecommunication industries manager, need your opinion is Petronas hiring people from outside O&G field?

Since Discover Petronas is not discoverable, i mean, no response from this channel, may i know which channel should i go for resume deposits or submission?

Well it is basically chit chat with the hiring manager. They want to see your character and soft skills.. they want to know your skills and how u can help them if u are working with them.

Just wondering, how do Petronas HR value the salary of their candidate? Is it based on the candidate working experience, or they offer the salary based on their policy and ignore the candidate asking salary and experience?

Good to hear that they open for negotiation for salary package. In your case, How much percentage the salary increment changes before and after appeal?

I'm afraid the salary they will offer me will be lower than my current salary.
