just want to share;

i have been sending resume and applying in discover since last october. graduated early this year. got 1 reply asking for me to filled some form then thats it.

then my latest try (i changed the actual date );

12/5/14 - send resume to one specific OPU (got email from someone)
13/5/14 - got call from KL asking me to go for SI the following week(at KLCC). note that the OPU ask central to conduct SI
20/5/14 - SI.
3/6/14 - asked to do medical checkup. never got any official confirmation or mail saying i pass SI
13/6/14 - got offer letter.
24/6/14 - report duty..

i guess i got luck also cun timing. OPU didnt even call me, no chitchat, no other assesment/inteview. just SI and im in . everything in less than 2 months. im not even petronas scholar.

so, just keep trying and send your application frequently. your previous application might have fall to bottom of pile. and they are also human, they just grab whatever on top when they need new hire.

if im not mistaken all fresh grad got same basic and benefit. cannot nego punya. haha.
