Just be patient, and 'redha'. I failed my SI too, and two of my friends had the same experience. One lady I heard struck gold, on her if i am not mistaken, 9th or 10th attempt!

Failure is just another step to success. No harm in trying again, although I have heard rumours that there will be 3 or was it 6 months cooldown for candidates who failed their SI.

Agree. This is my 3rd month with Pet. I really hate their political game & I wonder why did they hired the wrong people for the wrong position.

In my previous comp, we need to reply a letter within 3 working days (max); here in Pet, it took them 1 month to process a reply letter to outsider. Weird. Weird. Weird.
