I don't believe so. Once you submit the CV via the PETRONAS Official Recruitment Site , you would not need to submit the hardcopy version.

Let me tell you my experience applying for Petronas job. I am considered an experienced professional and already have experience managing a department in a medium sized company. The only downside of me is I have a spouse who is working in Petronas and there is this (unclear) policy that you can't join Petronas if your spouse is already working with Petronas. I kept on applying for any vacancy that suits me as I was being informed by my spouse that throughout the years, even the staff are uncertain about the practice by Petronas.
Sometimes I was so angry when being called by petronas for chit-chat/interview just to know that I am qualified for the applied post but could not been offered a position due to the fact that my spouse is already working with Petronas. My application ( via discoverpetronas) has already clearly stated that my spouse is an engineer in petronas. Didn't the HR personnel check properly?

I had four chit-chat sessions from 2007 till 2014. I am about to give up applying for post in Petronas when an opportunity came just recently in one of the Petronas subsidiary. I applied via Jobstreet and the next day was called for interview. To avoid previous scenarios, I have asked the HR personnel to confirm whether I am qualified since I have a spouse under RAPID project. And once the HR confirm no issue on that since the post is under different subsidiary, I attended the interview. The rest is history and I will be joining Petronas on the second week of June.

Consider urself a fresh gred, not only online but fresh gred will hand deliver hard copy cv not once but twice or even more, talking about chances for view u deserve more
