Been in a same position such as you. Passed my CBI for Executive (Mechanical) position on 24th June 2022. This is for GTS/PD&T unit. Until now no news but hey life goes on. I don't really mind if there's more deserved candidate out there getting the offer. Good for her/him! There's so many open opportunities out there waiting to be explore

The email that I received stated that they will update me if I'm recommended for the position. So, passing the CBI does not equal to getting offer. I did send email to the HR regarding my status but no replies from them. But the HR did stated that my interview record is valid for 1 year after passing the CBI and the recruitment process is very long. If there's no news after 1 year, need to take the CBI all over again. For me, I'll wait until next year if there's any good news but not gonna cling all my hope to that. After the 1 year period is over, I'm not gonna waste my time going for the CBI and all that stuff again. I'd rather be applying somewhere else where the company actually need me to fill that position than keeping me in their database. By the way, I didn't apply for the position, I was headhunted by them. For anyone that has passed the CBI and yet to receive any news, don't put your hope too high ya. Cheers!

For technical role, at least a Diploma and you should enrol in their INSTEP program. Finishing this programme will qualifies you to be a junior technician as such related to your education background. For engineer/ engineering executive roles, the minimum requirement is degree in engineering. For finance and commercial role, I believe the minimum requirement should be Diploma & higher. I'm not too sure about this. Maybe someone can help out? Dean's List not required but atleast CGPA above 3.00 to be consider for interview. Hope this answered your question.

I asked because I just receive this email today asking me to apply for the same position. I've passed the CBI for this position last year and I wonder why do they want me to apply again for this position? I thought perhaps their database currently down or something. If this is the email asking me to complete the profile just like what you did, I guess I'm one step closer to receive my offer letter then. If not, ahhh what are the odds :')

I just get in touch with their HR today, yeah I can confirm that they want us to apply for the position even though we have passed the CBI for them to proceed to next stage which is salary negotiations and finally offer letter. The reason is that they want the applications reflected in their database. I didn't apply for the position at the first place, was headhunted by them. So thank you so much for the info

what happened for the past candidates I certainly can't speak for them. But no harm hoping for the best right? Besides, I already received replies from them which is good news. So for those who have passed the CBI, don't give up. Keep on praying that your opportunity will come. I certainly wait for mine almost a year and reading from all the comments here, I think of the positive and when the time comes it didn't disappoint.
