Well recently just found out there are version of mike ross of suits in one of the east operation segment, an 'exec' with a non engineering degree has been working as 'engineer' all these while under wells.
If then then, its a abomination from malaysia's golden goose having such practice robbing of actual competent back grounded candidate of such position.
