17/9/21 HR emailed me to submit documents
23/9/21 Chit chat session
27/9/21 Submitted all my documents to HR & online assessment
14/10/21 CBI
02/11/21 CBI result (Pass)
19/11/21 Offer letter

I am so delightful to receive the offer letter sooner than I expected. If anyone have any questions, feel free to ask! I would try to help in best way I can!

Also make sure always to ask the interviewer/HR of approximately when will you know the result of the CBI & after that always follow up with them. For my case they informed me between 2-3 weeks. I followed up for 2nd week, no response. Followed up on the following weeks then only they response with the result!

Yes chit chat was this week. Surprisingly I went straight to the big boss/hiring manager, no HR in the picture

My chit chat was with the CEO and COO. The were looking for someone to develop standards and apply it across the group, most of the questions were about strategy, governance, influencing people when you don't have direct authority over them.

I think it was close to an hour. I got a response back in less than a week, I didn't get the job so don't know what the next follow up was.

I did call the HR that communicate with me earlier April, she said approval from BoD has not been obtained yet. Expect delay until a month or so after MCO. It doesnt only affect me, but it also affected people that went for interview beginning of feb onwards

Ur position is contact or permanent?

Mine is permanent. There’s no slight hint about recruitment freeze from the HR.

Mine about 1 year wait (due to covid) but recent one that join my dept seems about 1-3 months wait
