In my company, we used to burn a picture file, in 2 MB or so (jpg) into a 700 MB CD. And 2 months later, this CD will be disposed.

And this is a sheer waste.

Can I add in another file (say mp3 or avi) and burn these files into the CD which is only occupied 2 MB of capacity; as a data CD.

I tried to use NERO but I do no think I got it right. I could not and the message is the disk is write protected or something.

Is theee a way? I hate to waste resources ..if possible, pls share the steps.

thanks

When first burning the files using nero, you will go through something like that:

And, you should check it to enable files to be add later. If you didn't check this, files cannot be add later and thus you might be force to dispose your cd.
