My P780 is d 4GB model. Flashtool to S116 then updated to S119 now. Thanks to xMika for sharing and uploading the rom. Then Rooted and repartition successfully using method shared by ZeroHunter & Garytanyh with a little twist tho I'm sure steps listed by them works nevertheless. Diff only on driver installation and twrp.

Repartition using method shared by garytanyh was favored because I believed its the best way to utilize maximum built-in memory. Just make sure u use fast and reliable SdCard or else performance will suffer.

I also like to suggest that u don't simply flash rom from ur recovery, instead use Flashtool provided. Substitute kernel might cause unwarranted problem so use caution. Always take time to read whatever instructions provided and if not sure, ask.

Kindly note that S3 have Very Good support from XDA developer. They even have the latest 4.4 rom. Might flash to it when I am free.
This is due price of s3 become cheaper and cheaper. Second hand s3 less then rm9xx.xx-rm7xx.xx

It seems that P780 suffering dead pixels. Perhaps I should wait more for second batch. You use 4GB or 8 gb version?

P780 camera and display are good but S3 is much better. But I don't expect S3 features in a midrange devices with 
price below than RM 850. Contrariwise, P780 got louder sound, bigger screen, bigger stock battery and a way cheaper. And oh ya, I am thinking about the new set of S3.   I'm scared to buy secondhand one because I read a lot about people sell their S3 due to various problems occured on their device like SUDDEN DEATH ISSUE, FREEZING, LAGGING and they also had ''raping'' them.   Can get new one with price below RM 1111 .
Wait longer and the price will go down more . Patience is virtue. I've learnt not to rush buying.

Oh ya just to update, this phone can support 64gb class 10 SD card, cause I'm using it

Yours is the original or AP set? 4GB or 8GB version? One of the member here, ahtom82... he is using the 8GB original Lenovo set with 64GB micro SDXC Sandisk Class 10 and able to read/use... Not many here using more than 32GB card since it's not reasonably priced per GB? Still pricey...

Really?!! 3 days ago, when I survey harga for new smartphones, a seller tried to fool me into buying a Lenovo p780 8GB Version for RM 1099. It was hard to believe as I read at this forum and somewhere else on Internet about the price should be below than RM999.

LESSON : Before buying new gadget, do some homework first ( research, survey ). Or else you will be fooled.
