Q : So far when inside pocket does it on-off unexpectedly?
This app turn on the sensor intermittently or more like always On when screen is Off. Therefore, maybe..maybe use extra juice. Dont u think so?
*
So far no sudden on-off happen when in pocket. It wasn't that easy to unlock, practice needed.

who cares about juice when they use P780.to answer your question, yes the sensor always on.. let me it use for few days to test

Last time while using A830, I used an app 'Turn Off The Screen' to reduce 50% power button usage.
With it can only turn Off the screen by clicking its virtual button.
*
Test it out as well but not meet my requirement. HeHe so far battery is normal. I can say normal for my usage

Hi, P780 user! I want to ask about your opinioin whether should I buy this phone or wait a little until s3 turun harga, below RM1000 (not rrp). Wanna to replace my favourable S Advance, which had been stolen along the sim card and sd card(so sad, have many things inside it) cry.gif  cry.gif .
These are my requirements:

1. I use only 1 simcard.
2. I hate to charge frequently
3. Large screen are welcome ( but with good display).
4. Not a hardcore user here, prefer to play high graphic game with my Vido N70s tablet. ( The battery management for this tablet is so very amat poor).
3. Prefer a smaller screen with lighter mass to play racing game, like NFS, ASPHALT, play running game, like temple run, subway surfer.
4. Love to take photos biggrin.gif  rclxms.gif  (but not an avid photographer-lah blush.gif ).
5.Good sunlight legilibility.
6.Internal storage must be more than 4GB.
Honestly are you really sastified with P780? Does the inside system have bugs and errors? I had read that some of you had dead pixels problem, how many got the same problem? Is the stock sms app same with samsung one? How's the after sale service?

I need your help to make a good purchase. icon_question.gif

Why everyone keep comparing this phone with S3? I personally think this phone will meet your requirement if

1. Need high availability
2. Less concern about brand.
3. Lazy to fiddling with all those fancy yet buggy custom ROM (less dev community)
4. if you ever compare this phone with much higher performance and expensive smartphone. Hahaha [CODE]

It's been a month my phone is naked. only screen protector. the back plate is very dirty or can get easily dirty by sweating fingers. dislike that. other than that, if you did not scratch it, I would say it can tahan everyday use. put in poket(jeans) or handbang(my gf) still no scratches on the back plate. only kotor. still waiting for our casing to arrive :3

+1 naked since day one. No scratch even kena hentam few time during work.. But planning to get pudding case la, sayang woo

My case, 1 year by Lenovo and extended 2 years by shop. Even the price quite cheap for 3 years warranty.

By the way, when they start issue the warranty period? I mean from Lenovo. Because I buy this phone 4th October 2013 but in the warranty detail it stated 5th August 2013 rclxub.gif

Good news!

Google "Lenovo Super Camera 3.5.5 apk" (aka Lenovo K900 default camera) to "replace"  the stock 3.1.1 camera.

You need root and Titanium Backup to back-up, uninstall the stock 3.1.1 and reboot BEFORE installing 3.5.5.

New funky features:
+ 1080P EIS (digital/electronic image stabilization for vids)!!!
+ Eraser for static image
+ Magic GIF
+ more....

Suggestion to TS to pin this....

Hmmmm....  Let's see what other apps from K900 that can be ported to our unit....
*
Just installed. The obvious changes volume button become zoom button and yes image stabilization which is awesome.

Btw the only thing that i concern is Super Camera auto ISO and auto white balance which is sux shakehead.gif . Hopefully it has been fixed in this latest version. Will give it a try icon_rolleyes.gif

Btw, Download link rclxms.gif
