My first post here. I have got the P780 since October and all this while had been using the
P780_S135_130917 ROM believe to be for the Chinese market. At first was confused with
all these ROM version S135, S306, S119 and later after some read up I understand that
S306 for Unicom and S119 for International. A quick question to ask the expert here if
I flash to S116 then to S119, will it solve my contact issue (unknown city) as shown:

New Custom ROM for Chinese base released yesterday!!
It is based on ZTE VS5 if I am not mistaken, and is on Android 4.2.2 and can use Gravity Box as well! Most importantly it has Multi-Window function similar to Samsung ones!!! If you can read chinese I suggest you try!!
