Guys, my 2 days old p780 wont charge when is on, when i turn off the phone then will hv the red led when charging, even so, it will stuck at 96%. May i knw whats wrong..?

Any1 having problem charging the phone? I cant charge the phone when its ON, only can do it when i OFF the phone.. : ((
