Received my keys today.

There's a nice onboarding for new owners, and you will expected to do the normal count of points.

My initial impression:

1. Car parks are narrow
2. Gym is adequate , 1 eliptical and 2 treadmills. Lots of free weights. It overlooks the pool.
3. Security is good. Access to one's own floor, parking and communal areas.
4. Door bell not given. Though the point is.
5. The door lock can be tricky. Don't double lock yourself out.
6. If your facing uniten, view is pleasent. Lots of greenery. You can even see klcc from the corridor on a clear day.
7. 4 g connectivity is good all the way up to the 1x floor.
8. Signature kitchen, toto, daiken airconditioning.
9. Nice community app. Allows for booking of facilities and pre registration of guests.

So intruders who gained access in2 d condo can go 2 any floor via d emergency exit? Mayb d doors r d special ones where ppl in emergency staircase cant go in2 d floors n d staircase only accessible frm each floor outside staircase

If strangers can go 2 any floor via staircase then it defeats d purpose of having access card 2 go 2 d specific floor via lift

No, from inside d intruders cant push d door out so they cant access d floors. D owners can access d staircase by pushing door in2 d staircase frm their floors- this is d proper anti intruder staircase door

Yes, agree with the comments here on the narrow carpark. Need to be careful with the big pillars. Both my car parks are surrounded by pillars.

The mobile app is useful and convinient to report defects. Just take a picture, upload and submit the report.

Yes, it was an email invite. You proceed to register, etc after receiving the email.

How’s your condo so far? smile.gif

Oh, if you guys are moving in and want to use Time broadband, I know a guy who is willing to absorb your early termination penalty. There's some people who are also offering rebates of RM 50 if you sign through them.
