Anyone recall whether there's a multi purpose hall at Clio? I have some fuzzy recollection...

Got the letter for VP. However it stated that need to ensure payment before taking keys. Is there such thing esp bank/ gov is the one to disburse. Do I really need to make sure gov pay b4 getting the keys?

ftan, I am hoping we can get VP as soon as possible. I think the developer will keep it close to the due date. They wouldn't want to pay late delivery penalty.

Got the VP via email today. Waiting for letter

I’ve collected my keys. My overall impression is that everything is very white and pristine inside my condo. I’m quite relieved that I don’t have to clean a few rounds to get rid of the dust (won’t do it now, of course).

There were some minor defects which I have reported and the mgmt will look into it. It will take me a few trips to look over the items/finishes. Quality wise it is better than I expected. The kitchen cabinet is from Signature Kitchen which I wasn’t aware of until I got keys.

The Taiwanese supervisors are there and everyone is quite attentive. No complains on the customer service so far. Let’s see if they fix the defects soon as that is what they have told me.

I need the lights to be working if I wanna go during the evening to clean, etc. My setup is simple. I don’t want to spend a lot on renovation.

My reported defects are being followed up and fixed quickly enough. Maybe because I’m the earlier batches (not many ppl vp yet) but I’m happy about their promptness.

Imo, the condo is pretty much in a “soon to move in” condition already. Just need the lights, fan (air con already installed), grill, curtains, built in wardrobe (if you wish), furniture and appliances. I think the fastest is about a month while slowest would be in dec for me.
