OK, in case anyone's wondering how to record the signal from a 360 easily. Well you don't need any video splitters or such.. IF you're using the Component cables and the optical for your audio.
Basically when you slide the switch to TV on the video cable, even though the box is connected to the TV via the component cables, the Yellow,Red,White combo cable still carries the video and audio signal, ideal for being used to capture video footage!
For me, I plug in all 6 plugs into my TV, then run an A/V Composite cable from my TV's "Monitor Out" port into my Capture Card
