from the wiki, it seems like higher ISO allows more lights, faster shutter speed and yields more noise picture.

so in what condition we must use high ISO like 1600? to capture moving objects?

Dun go use high ISO like 1600 with prosumer camera, your pics will turn out to be very noisy and grainy. sweat.gif
Use high ISO when shooting in low-light condition or like you've said to capture fast moving object. icon_rolleyes.gif

yeah just what i thought rclxms.gif

most of the nice pic i saw were only ISO 200-400.

but then, in low-light condition, couldnt we use the flash?

The flash has a limited range.
If your object is further than the range, the flash is useless.

Yeah, flash could help also, or you can also use slower shutter speed. But you'll have to worry bout your pics blur then. laugh.gif

FX100, i tried it too. in fact i have tried most of them pana cams. fx33, fx55 tz3 etc

fx100 is just right behind fz18 in my top buy list. biggrin.gif
