QUOTE(ckk125 @ Nov 10 2013, 09:42 AM) exactly, happens to toyota, honda, proton, mitsu and such. when talk with them i tell them if you want to change i have no problem but i'm not paying for it they even stated it is optional, but some people had to have the ego that i can pay so i wanna do everything, only to come back to forum to whine QUOTE(6UE5T @ Nov 10 2013, 09:45 AM) Yes actually they should brief first and get agreement from the customer to do or not. Tan Chong Nissan service advisers always inform first, not just simply sneak in those stuff and charge later. this is the professional and responsoble way1st time is naive 2nd time is stupid |
