you may want to consider other format that can give the same quality but at lower bitrate. consult some sifus here....

EDIT: E.g. i converted all my mpeg2 and divx videos into xvid. same quality but smaller size and lower bitrate.

or u a built in converter lo... WMA... by using WMP

ya wma can use. but remember not to copy protect your music. or else, when you reinstall your media player, all your music won't play. and you can't burn them into cd or take it to your mp3 player that supports wma.

can also consider some linux based format. some ppl are using ogg.
