wonderful job, TS

for the headers, ie FAQ, Features, Directory etc
maybe using a bright colour will make them easier to notice, as eventually the info will expand until it becomes a wall of text, or maybe a spoiler will do

Here I have a list of reviews until now, only from tech sites
I think the SITE NAME + URL will do, don't need for an excerpt

Hi guys! Reporting in here now.

Back to the previous thread talking about the droptest thing, I think that why Nexus 5 will just crack like that or Nexus 4 whatever you like.

If I'm not mistaken, the Nexus 4 previously using the Zero Gap Technology which makes your fingers almost touch to the screen thing. So I assume the Nexus 5 would be same? No? hmm.gif
*
Ifixit.com reported the screen is laminated to the glass, so yes should be zero gap

What talk you? shakehead.gif  Read again the above. You can't use US version's Nexus 5  in MALAYSIA period
*
QUOTE(marcus_bread @ Nov 11 2013, 01:51 PM)
cause i saw from other forum, the seller claim that he tested the US version can use LTE signal in Malaysia. that is why i need to know whether there is ppl holding a US N5 now n able connect to LTE in Mas.

so most likely that fellow is cheating...
*
QUOTE(Ahmaz @ Nov 11 2013, 01:48 PM)
Surely got. both US and International version. A poster posted a screenshot of him using International version in Msia edi.

Of course the ppl who got US version won't be able to use LTE here but frankly they don't care.

Different bands ler, confirm cannot.  doh.gif
*
NO

you can't use Band 3 (1800mhz) LTE on the US set in malaysia,
Band 7 (2600mhz) LTE and all other aspects of the phone will still work

Sorry, not really good at this. If we are able to use 1/2 the band only, would there be difference in terms of signal reception?
*
that means you won't get LTE at areas that only have Band 3
also means if Band 7 is crowded, you might experience slow speed

AFAIK
maxis & celcom uses both band 3 & 7
digi only uses band 7, for now

no idea on the overlapping of band 3 & 7 coverage

my bad

band 7 and band 41 both uses 2600mhz, that was my source of confusion

thanks for bringing that up

manufactures do optimizations on their phones, which explains the better battery life

pure google android = no optimizations

How much price for international set 16gb/32gb. ? I saw at lelong its rm1999. Its too high i think.
*
depends on where you get it, price varies by country
lelong price includes shipping and taxes already, the sellers only profit about rm100+-

a quick google search should get you the prices of the N5 from different countries

i don't think native android allows you to change rotation with a button, or even lock rotation in landscape mode, either you allow for auto rotation or you stay in protrait mode

I've been using custom roms for as long as i remember, might be wrong about how native android behaves

i think you can find some app in the playstore, try searching around
